Craig McDonald is an accomplished leader working with early and growth stage startups in diverse industries such as education, healthcare, and construction. Craig served as the COO of Align Technologies (formerly ToolWatch) from 2016 through 2021, transitioning the company from a perpetual to a SaaS model, building the Align growth engine, and securing a strategic investment from the Riverside Company. Craig now leads Align's rapidly growing product and engineering organizations, spanning three countries.
