What's the difference between online and classroom training?
Align’s classroom training option covers the same material as live, online training. The classroom option bundles our Essentials, Service & Calibration, Purchasing & Receiving, and the Field and Warehouse mobile app modules into an interactive two-day session taught at our training center located in Denver, CO.
Who in our organization should attend classes at the training center?
Align’s comprehensive training covers various topics, including managing your tools, equipment, and materials; creating and scheduling maintenance plans; using the Field and Warehouse mobile apps; and streamlining purchasing. This class is designed for equipment, maintenance, warehouse, and field personnel, including Align administrators.
The Job Cost & Billing class is tailored for accounting personnel.
What should I expect when attending classes at the training center?
Align’s training center allows you to meet and interact directly with instructors and customers from other companies. Every class is taught by a Align team member and includes hands-on exercises based on real-life scenarios. Classes are offered in one- and two-day sessions so you may ask questions and fully comprehend the material. You will also receive a 60-day subscription to the Align Platform Sandbox.
What if I only want to learn about portions covered in the Align Fundamentals class?
If you or someone in your organization want to learn about a specific module taught in the comprehensive class, we recommend taking one of our live, online training classes. A human instructor teaches online classes and will encourage you to engage and ask questions just as you would in an in-person classroom setting. On-demand videos are also available through Align Learning Resources.
